Do you have a wait list?

I sent you a request/email. When will you respond?

I will do my best to respond to everything in a timely manner.
But I please be patient if RL stuff gets in the way.

How long does a commission take?

Without any unseen complications,
it generally takes 3 to 5 weeks to complete a rig.
If something causes me to extend my time tables I will contact you.

Client Side Includes

  • Fully rendered art/avatar in your preferred style "ready to rig". If it is not cut in a "ready" state further costs may be applied. See below

  • Any additional parts, clothing, emotes, stickers must be included in the initial artwork.

Base Model Commission Includes

  • Head/body XYZ bounce physics with hip swing

  • Arm swing and knee bend

  • Full mouth and eyebrow key shapes

  • 5 emotions/stickers (Examples: tears, anger, sparkles, eye shadow, etc)

  • Eye physics (Lashes, shine, etc)

  • Hair, Eyes, Accessory physics

  • Looping idle animation/breathing

*Yay! - I will add logical physics to anything that is on a separate layer.
Works best on a fast computer.
*Complex additional outfits/arms/hairstyles will need to be scheduled at a later date
to prevent on time delivery complications.
*Fees can be waived if I you are able to fix the PSD file on your own.

I am unable to take art only requests at the moment. I might open them at a later date.

TERMS OF SERVICE

*By submitting a request, you AGREE to the terms of service below.

RULES

  • I retain the right to refuse any commission.

  • Any art/rigging provided is for personal use only. No reselling without asking first or reproduction is permitted. (Including NFTs)

  • Extra fees will apply to commercial work.

  • Credit for work done must be visibly posted on your social media accounts. (Like in your bio and about pages.)

  • If you have a specific time table let me know ahead of time. I want to make sure my schedule matches yours.

Payment

  • At this time I am unable to accept any rush orders.

  • 30% of the full commission price will need to be paid upfront to save your spot.

  • You can cancel and request a refund up to the point that I start working on your commission. After that payment is non refundable.

  • Invoices will be sent through PayPal. Let me know ahead of time if you require another form of payment.

  • The remainder of the commission price will be invoiced halfway through the process.

Process

  • Please fill out the form correctly. It will be difficult to make changes or additions once I have started on your commission.

  • Slots will not be filled until I have confirmed the commission with the client and we have signed an agreement.

  • I will not be able to share the source files unless we have discussed it before the commission started.

  • The 3-5 week estimated turn around time doesn't start until I have started working on your commission.

  • I'll be able to make up to minor 3 adjustments during the finalizing/approval phase, any major adjustments or requests after delivery may incur additional fees.

  • Files for Vtuber models will be optimized for VtubeStudio. If you use another tracking software let me know ahead of time.
